Reality Of Our Education System...

We all heard that our Indian education system is focusing on quality education.But the question is why are students going abroad for higher education?

Our current education system is still dominated by centrality of text books,rote learning,and stringent examination systems.India produces engineers every year as much as Switzerland's total population,yet Switzerland is no.1 in research and innovation.

According to AACR reports,83% educated Indians are not employable.We often talk about Sundar Pichai and Satya Nadella,But thay have also received their higher education from abroad.Before the independence, When the British were ruling India,The East India Company had two major challenges.First challenge was to communicate with Indians and second they needed lots of workers.Then British Government give us English Education Act of 1835.By which both of their purpose were fulfilled,first they wanted workers who only sitting on desk and working and did not ask any questions and second communication in English. 

English is not the most spoken language,even after that,English has become a class instead of a language in India.In Russia,France,China there are not as obsession about english as there are in India.If someones english is is not good,then we called it "Poor Communication". When you do not know english means that you know some other language.

Five year old mobile is considered out dated today,even when such important thing our education system is still running with only a slight changes.Our education system has a rote system,rots more get marks more.Nowadays,if we want to know anything we don't need to rote it,we can search it from google easily.In Government Schools,from standard 1st to 12th english is compulsory subject,still students are not able to speak english.Other side,Five year old child learns english without reading any book,because he gets proper environment.

No one knows what is the use of mathematics formulas in real life,not teachers nor students.Same syllabus taught to all students without knowing their capabilities.Creativity is not important for anyone. Guru Dronacharya also taught different things to the Pandavs according to their skills.

There are no many options in our education system,first option is Science,second is Commerce and third is Arts.Most of parents wants that their son or daughter becomes doctor or engineer.Parents don't want to enter their children's in any other courses.

Since childhood,we all have to teach that if you do not get good marks then you will not get good job and your life will be spoiled. And then we all set aside our desires and creativity and try to get good marks and job.

Most of successful peoples not becomes successful because of this education system.Dhirubhai Ambani,Sachin Tendulkar,Virat Kohli,Narendra Modi are peoples who does not become successful because of our education system.They achieved success because of their hard work and passion.They all learned themselves and becomes successful on their own ability.

If our current education system is good then why celebrities, politicians send their children's to abroad for studies.Our education system does not give us confidence to find work based on our skills.

It is very important for us to change our thinking.We have to be more creative,we have to learn new things.Cloud computing,SEO,Digital marketing does not exists before some years,but nowadays,it's very important for get a good job.

So,don't waste time in rote system,learn different things,improve your skills and be creative...
