Self-care is any activity that we do in order to take care of physical, mental and emotional health. It's simple concept,it's something we very often overlook.Self-care is a key to change your bad mood and reduce stress.

Self-care doesn't means to be selfish.It is not only about considering our needs,it is rather about knowing what we need to do in order to take care of ourselves.If i don't take enough care of myself,I won't be able to take care of other peoples of my family.Self-care provides you ability to living a balanced life.

1. Regularly Exercise:-


We all know that the physical benefits of exercise have long been recognized. The positive impact it has on our mental health.Daily exercise gives you physical and mental strength.Only 20 minutes of physical activity a day is enough to get energy in your body and give you a sense of achievements,which is great for self-care.

2. Have a Healthy Diet:-


For good health,it's very important to balanced your diet.Try to avoid junk foods.Junk food and binge drinking are all part of the culture of instant gratification,that is not sustainable.You have to listen to what your body wants,most of the time it will needs nutritious,vitamins rich foods.


3. Talk to Yourself:-


You are not crazy if you talk to yourself.In fact,researchers conclude talking to oneself helps clarify thoughts,achieve more goals more efficiently,reduce anxiety and helps you grasp things better.Talking to yourself is very important to understand our thoughts.So go ahead and start to talk with yourself.

4. Spend Time With Your Family & Friends:-


A part of self-care is learning when to take break from your work and to take some time for yourself.However, it's also important spend time with your family members and friends.You have to ensure that your friends are bringing are positive energy.Be grateful and connect with the peoples who makes you happy and stay away from negative peoples.

5. Take Enough Sleep:-


Generally,people needs around 7-8 hours sleep for good health.So this should be a priority.The human body needs sleep to regenerate,create energy and it's also processing everything that has happened in that day.When we are not getting enough sleep,our capacity to handle our emotions is became low.Sleep is the best way to relax your tired body and mind.
